Wholesale Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Wholesale pricing at Blanks And More is available only to approved business accounts that hold a current, valid wholesaler or reseller certificate in the jurisdiction where they operate. Approval is at our sole discretion.

2. Resale only

Products purchased at wholesale pricing are for resale in the ordinary course of your business. You agree not to purchase wholesale goods for personal use.

3. Pricing and taxes

Wholesale pricing is visible to approved customers when logged in. Prices in USD and subject to change without notice. Orders are processed tax-exempt where you have a valid resale certificate on file. You are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes on resale.

4. Orders, minimums, and acceptance

There is currently no minimum order requirement; we may introduce order minimums in the future with notice. We may reject any order in whole or in part, including for stock availability, suspected fraud, or expired credentials.

5. Payment

Unless we have agreed in writing to extended terms, all wholesale orders are payable in full at checkout. Net terms accounts are subject to credit approval.

6. Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, orders ship FOB our warehouse. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the common carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Inspection and returns

Inspect all shipments within 5 business days of delivery. Claims for shortages, mis-ships, or damage must be reported in writing to sales@blanksandmore.com within that window. Wholesale orders are final sale unless defective or shipped in error.

8. Account use

Each approved account is for a single business entity. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. Sharing wholesale pricing or login credentials is a material breach.

9. Termination

We may revoke wholesale approval at any time. Upon termination, your account is deactivated and any open orders may be cancelled or fulfilled at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided AS IS to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any order will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be brought exclusively in courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
